How to change your workspace name, logo and currency

Uploading a company logo

1. Open Settings → Team and switch to the General tab.
2. Under Update profile, click Upload next to Logo.
3. Use a square image (1:1), up to 10 MB. Remove deletes the current one.

The logo appears wherever your workspace is shown — including the workspace switcher in the top bar.

Renaming the workspace

Two places work, and they update the same name:

• Settings → General — the workspace name field saves as you confirm it. Only workspace admins can rename.
• Settings → Team → General → Update profile — the Name field, next to the logo.

Reporting currency

Settings → General has the Primary currency picker — every money figure in the product is converted into the currency you set. The list offers only currencies the product can actually convert.

Company profile

Settings → Company profile holds what Prooflytics knows about your business — the context the analysis uses. Keeping it current makes recommendations more specific to you.

Leaving or deleting a workspace

Both live at the bottom of Settings → Team → General — leaving removes you, deleting removes the workspace for everyone. Deletion is permanent; see Your data — access, export, deletion for what happens to the data.
