Prooflytics

Your data — access, export, deletion

What we hold, how to get it out, and how to have it deleted.

Short version: your data is yours, it is isolated to your workspace, and leaving takes an email — not a negotiation.

What Prooflytics holds

The data your connected sources provide (ad metrics, analytics, CRM records, Pixel events), what your team creates in the product (dashboards, hypotheses, rules), and your account details. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other customer's.

Access and export

Write to privacy@prooflytics.io from your account email and tell us what you need — a copy of your data, or specific records. We action requests within 30 days, as stated in our privacy policy.

Deletion

Same address. Deleting a workspace removes its data from the live product; deletion requests are also actioned within 30 days. Cancelling a subscription by itself does not delete data — your workspace is kept so you can come back; ask for deletion explicitly when that is what you want.

Who processes your data

The named list of sub-processors — the services that infrastructure like hosting, payments and email run on — is public at /subprocessors and stays current.

Security

Our security practices are described at /security. Security researchers can find our disclosure policy at /.well-known/security.txt. To report a security concern, write to security@prooflytics.io.

The Pixel and your visitors

The Pixel is consent-aware by design — before a visitor consents it records only a minimal anonymous signal, never an identity. Details in The Prooflytics Pixel.
