Email notifications

Prooflytics does not send email on its own schedule — nothing arrives because a clock said so. What it does send, you control.

Your switches

Settings → Notifications lists every kind of email we send, each with its own toggle — alerts, reports you request by email, onboarding notes. The settings are per person: you decide for your own inbox, and your choice never affects a teammate's.

The unsubscribe link

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works: clicking it flips the same switch you would find in Settings. The button in your mail client and the toggle in the product are one mechanism, not two that disagree.

Emails that cannot be switched off

Transactional messages that are part of an action you took — a team invitation you were sent, a receipt for a payment — are delivered regardless, because suppressing them would break the action itself.

Not receiving something you expected?

Check the toggle in Settings → Notifications first — an earlier unsubscribe click may have turned the category off. Then check spam, and add our sending address to your contacts if it landed there.
