Inviting your team
Members, seats, and how access is shared in a workspace.
A Prooflytics workspace is shared — your data sources, dashboards, hypotheses and settings belong to the workspace, and everyone you invite works on the same picture.
Inviting someone
Open Settings → Team, invite by email, and they receive a link to join. Once in, they see the same workspace you do.
Seats
How many people can join depends on your plan — current numbers are on the pricing page. Chat limits are per person, so a teammate's AI questions never consume yours.
Trial workspaces
The 14-day trial belongs to the workspace: a teammate who joins on day 5 joins a trial with 9 days left. See How the free trial works.
Per-person settings
Most of the workspace is shared, but email preferences are personal — each member chooses which Prooflytics emails they receive in Settings → Notifications. See Email notifications.
