How the free trial works

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are asked for, and nothing is charged when it ends.

What you get

Full access — every feature unlocked, no locked screens, no nag walls. The trial is meant to answer one question: does Prooflytics earn a place in your week? You can only answer that with the whole product.

The trial belongs to the workspace, not to you personally

The countdown is shared by everyone in your workspace. If you invite a teammate on day 5, they join a trial with 9 days left — they do not get a fresh 14 days of their own.

When it ends

If you have not picked a plan by the end of day 14, the workspace locks: your data and settings are kept, but the product stops working until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged — there is no card on file to charge.

Converting to a paid plan

Pick a plan from the Pricing page or from the prompt inside the product, and pay by card. If you subscribe before the trial is over, you choose when billing starts: at the end of your trial (the default — you keep every free day you were promised) or immediately. The screen states the exact date and amount before you confirm.

No refunds — the trial is the safety net

We do not offer refunds; the 14 free days with full access exist so that you never pay for something you have not already used. If you are unsure, use the full trial before subscribing. Cancelling later is self-serve at any time — see Plans, billing and cancelling.
