What counts as a connected data source
How your plan's data-source allowance is counted.
Every plan includes a number of connected data sources. The counting rule is simple:
- One ad account = one source. Connecting Meta and syncing three ad accounts under it counts as three sources, not one.
- One GA4 property = one source.
- One connected tool = one source for non-advertising integrations — connecting HubSpot is one, Stripe is one.
- One webhook = one source.
- One Pixel = one source.
Where you stand
Settings → Data sources shows what is connected; the app shows your usage against the plan's allowance where you add sources.
If you hit the limit
Disconnect a source you no longer need, or move up a plan — upgrades apply instantly with the price difference prorated. Current allowances per plan are on the pricing page.
