Reports — any period, on demand

Reports in Prooflytics are made when you want one, over the period you choose — there is no fixed weekly or monthly edition arriving on a schedule.

Creating a report

Click New report and choose:

• Period — last 7 days, this month, last month, or any custom dates.
• Comparison — the previous period is compared by default; pick different comparison dates if you need a specific baseline. The comparison follows the period automatically until you set it by hand.
• Channels — all of them, or a subset.
• Blocks — which sections the report includes.

The dialog opens ready to run — a real period, the standard comparison and every channel are pre-selected, so the fastest path is two clicks.

Reading it

The report states your numbers for the period, the change against the comparison, and the analysis's read of what mattered. Reports you have generated stay in your history, so a report you made for a Monday meeting is still there the next quarter.

Exporting to PDF

Open the report and print it — the report is laid out for print, so "Save as PDF" in the print dialog produces a clean document with the report's title. Share the file wherever your reporting goes.

Report is empty or missing a channel?

A report can only include what its period's data contains. If a channel is missing, check that its source is connected and healthy in Settings → Data sources, and that the channel was not deselected in the report dialog.
