The Actions queue
Where the analysis's recommendations wait for your decision.
Prooflytics analyses your connected accounts and turns what it finds into recommendations. They wait in Actions — nothing is ever executed without you.
The shape of a recommendation
Each one has four parts, in order:
- The fact — what the data shows.
- The interpretation — what that likely means.
- The action — the concrete step proposed.
- The expected consequence — what should happen if you take it.
That structure is deliberate: you can disagree at any step, and you can see exactly why the recommendation exists rather than being asked to trust a verdict.
Deciding
- Apply the recommendation, or handle it yourself in the ad platform and dismiss it here.
- Dismiss what you disagree with — dismissals are part of how the product learns what your team considers out of bounds.
The History tab keeps what was decided and when, so "did we already act on this?" has an answer.
Your guardrails
The analysis works within the rules you give it. Custom AI rules — budgets you never touch, campaigns that are off-limits, brand terms to respect — are part of every plan, and the analysis reads them before recommending anything.
How often new items arrive
Your accounts are analysed regularly, and new recommendations land in the queue as they are found. Open Actions as part of your morning — that is the surface designed to be worth a daily look.
