How to export data from the dashboard

Three ways out, for three different jobs.

CSV — for a spreadsheet

Every breakdown table on the dashboard has a Download CSV control. The export matches the screen: the rows you see, in the order you sorted them, with only the drill-downs you actually expanded. Values export raw (numbers, not $1.1K-style formatting), so the spreadsheet can compute on them.

Want more rows in the file? Expand the drill-downs and adjust the filters first — the export is exactly what is on screen.

PDF — for sharing a report

Compose a report over the period you need and print it — the layout is print-ready, and "Save as PDF" in the print dialog produces the document. See Reports.

Live feed — for Looker Studio and friends

When a dashboard elsewhere should stay in sync with Prooflytics without exports, use the Looker Studio export: a stable data URL (CSV or JSON) that external tools pull from. Available from the Scale plan — see Alerts, AI tools and data export.
