Does Tally capture UTM parameters from the referring URL?

Tally can pass hidden fields including UTM parameters if you configure your form embed with them. Prooflytics reads whatever Tally captures.

Are submission responses stored in Prooflytics?

We store aggregate stats and attribution metadata, not full free-text responses. Sensitive form fields (email, phone) are hashed for attribution matching only.
