In Kommo: go to Settings → Integrations → API (or Settings → API). Generate a long-lived token with a TTL of up to 5 years. Copy the access token — it looks like a long alphanumeric string.
Your Kommo URL is yourcompany.kommo.com — the subdomain is "yourcompany". Enter only that part, without .kommo.com.
Prooflytics automatically discovers all tracking_data fields in your Kommo account (UTM_SOURCE, UTM_MEDIUM, UTM_CAMPAIGN, UTM_CONTENT, UTM_TERM, UTM_REFERRER, GCLID, FBCLID, REFERRER). These are synced as dedicated columns for fast analytics.
Yes — during setup you pick exactly which pipelines to include. Only leads from selected pipelines are synced. You can change this any time from Settings → Data Sources → Kommo.
