Where do I find my Altegio user token?

In Altegio: open Settings → API (or Integration). Generate a user token and copy it. The token looks like a long alphanumeric string.

What is the partner token?

Prooflytics has its own partner token registered with Altegio — you don't need to provide one. Just paste your personal user token.

Can I choose which locations to sync?

Yes — during setup you select all locations or specific branches. You can change this any time from Settings → Data Sources → Altegio.

How fresh is the data?

Bookings and payments sync every 6 hours. Client records sync daily. The initial load covers the last 90 days (you can extend this to up to 1 year during setup).

Will Prooflytics modify my Altegio data?

No — read-only access. We never create, edit, or delete bookings, clients, or any other data in Altegio.

Will this save money on my Meta and Google ad spend?

Yes, three ways. (1) Earlier kill of dead creative — our lifecycle classifier flags Fatiguing and Dead ads 3–7 days before a human notices, so you stop spending on losers sooner. (2) Channel-truth attribution — Pixel + Altegio booking data show which ad channel brings real attended visits and revenue, not just clicks. You reallocate toward what converts. (3) Replaces 1–2 hours per week of manual competitor digest work for your agency. We do NOT do bid or budget management — that stays in Meta and Google.
